Platform quality guidance
To keep agents accurate and reliable, Introgent staff may apply platform-level quality guidance to how agents answer (for example industry best-practice steering) and may run internal test conversations. Your own content and rules always take precedence over platform guidance, and internal tests never count toward your usage or billing.
- Your content and rules always win
- Applied to improve accuracy and reliability
- Internal tests never affect your usage or billing
- Never used to alter your prices, policies, or offers
Billing
Introgent runs on subscription plans. Conversations are free; paid plans meter your monthly active customers (MAC). A MAC is one unique person your agent talks to in a calendar month; a very long conversation counts as more than one. Exceeding your plan never switches your agent off — customers beyond the cap are recorded but locked in your dashboard until you upgrade, while bookings, orders, and verified payments always stay visible. MAC top-up packs are one-time purchases that raise the cap for the calendar month they are bought in; they do not renew and unused headroom does not carry forward. All prices are stated exclusive of value-added tax. Where we are required to collect VAT or an equivalent tax on your purchase, it is calculated and shown at checkout and added to the amount charged; where the tax is instead accounted for by you under a reverse-charge or self-assessment rule, we charge the price without tax and you account for it to your own tax authority. Plan changes are managed through the dashboard and may be subject to review or abuse controls.
- Prices exclude VAT; tax is shown at checkout
- Subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly
- Priced on monthly active customers
- Over-cap locks dashboard reads, never your agent
- Top-ups are one-time and expire with the month
Refunds
Annual plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of that plan: request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. The guarantee does not apply to renewals, to plans bought previously, or to MAC top-up packs, which are consumable and non-refundable once purchased. Monthly plans are not covered by the guarantee because they can be cancelled at any time and simply stop at the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency.
- 14 days, annual plans, first purchase
- Renewals and top-ups are not covered
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime instead
- Refunded to the original payment method
Agents, locations and team seats
Each account runs one agent, on every plan. A business that trades from several places adds each one as a location on that same agent — more shops never require more agents. Each plan includes a number of locations, counting your main business address: one on Free, three on Pro, ten on Growth; beyond that is an Enterprise arrangement. More than three agents — chains, franchises and multi-location groups — is an Enterprise arrangement agreed with us directly. Each plan also includes a number of seats, meaning people with access to your dashboard, counting you: one on Free, three on Pro, ten on Growth. Seats and agents are per account; you are responsible for who you invite and for removing people who leave your business.
- One account, one agent, every plan
- More shops are locations, not more agents
- Locations: 1 Free · 3 Pro · 10 Growth
- Beyond that is Enterprise
- Seats include you and cover all your agents
