How counting works
- An active customer is one unique person your agent talks to in a calendar month.
- Long conversations (longer than 20 replies) may count one more active customer.
- Going over your limit never switches your agent off. It keeps answering every customer; new customers beyond the limit are saved but locked in your dashboard until you upgrade — bookings, orders, and verified payments always stay visible.
- Busy month? Add 100 more active customers for $3 on Free, 1,000 for $15 on Pro, or 10,000 for $60 on Growth. A top-up is a one-time purchase that lasts the calendar month — it never renews.
- Your account runs one agent for your business. If you trade from more than one place, add each shop as a location — the agent knows which is which.
- Prices exclude VAT. Where we are required to charge it, VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
