Before you apply

The application page checks both for you.

• Your agent is live
• A LINE Official Account, Facebook page, Instagram or WhatsApp number is connected to it

What to send — one of these

A photo or PDF, up to 4 MB.

• Your business registration certificate or trade license, showing the business name
• The ID card or passport of the business owner — write “For Introgent verification only” across the copy and sign it

How we protect your document

Upload it on the Verify your business page in your dashboard, not as a Source — Sources are what your agent learns from. Your document goes to private storage that only the Introgent team can open. It is never shown to customers or read by your agent. If we can't verify it, we delete it right away; once you're verified, we keep it as the record of your verification until you delete your agent.

How review works

We check that the document matches your business and its connected channels, then email you. If we can't verify it, we tell you why and you can send another. One free Pro period per business. When it ends your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a plan — we email you 30 days and 7 days before, and your agent keeps working either way.
